Position Overview
We are seeking an Account Director to lead client relationships and business growth within our media agency. The role focuses on managing and expanding accounts, ensuring excellence in media strategy, planning, buying, and execution across TV, Digital, OOH, and BTL. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the media landscape (both digital and conventional), strong leadership skills, and the ability to leverage digital tools to deliver insightful reports and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Leadership
• Act as the senior point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and long-term partnerships.
• Lead the development of integrated media strategies that align with client objectives.
• Translate client briefs into actionable media plans and oversee flawless execution.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and business impact.
Media Expertise
• Provide strategic counsel on the full media ecosystem: TV, digital platforms, OOH, and BTL activations.
• Stay on top of industry trends, audience behaviors, and emerging platforms to advise clients proactively.
• Utilize digital tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social listening, ad servers, DSPs, programmatic dashboards) to generate reports and insights that shape strategy.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and measurement across all media channels.
Business Development
• Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and acquire new accounts.
• Lead new business pitches, prepare compelling media proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Drive revenue growth through innovative, data-driven media solutions.
Team & Agency Collaboration
• Mentor and develop account managers/executives, fostering a high-performance client servicing culture.
• Collaborate with media planning, buying, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive solutions.
• Act as the strategic bridge between client needs and internal execution teams.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a media agency, specializing in account management and business development.
- Proven expertise in TV, digital media, OOH, and BTL campaign management.
- Deep understanding of both digital and conventional media landscapes.
- Proficient in using digital reporting & analytics tools to generate insights and strategies.
- Strong track record in winning pitches and expanding client business.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret media data and translate into actionable plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's is a plus).
