Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Experience in customer service or order processing
- Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., AX)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of payment/invoice processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on customer orders to ensure accuracy in quantity, quality, specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Guide and assist customers in submitting clear and complete orders.
- Process orders in AX system, notify Product Material Control, and ensure timely handling.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor payments and coordinate with Accounting for order release approval.
- Handle outstanding payments in line with company procedures.
- Prepare documents and inform the warehouse to release goods upon payment confirmation.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to fulfill customer requirements.
- Handle customer complaints in accordance with company procedures and service standards.
