Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive in both professional and personal tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients.
- Organize and prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
- Manage emails and phone calls, responding when appropriate.
- Coordinate and manage personal errands and tasks as needed.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Assist in planning events, meetings, and other engagements.
- Maintain organized filing systems and office documentation.
- Perform other administrative tasks or special projects as assigned.
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum age of 21 years and who are currently unmarried.
