Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive in both professional and personal tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients.
  • Organize and prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
  • Manage emails and phone calls, responding when appropriate.
  • Coordinate and manage personal errands and tasks as needed.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Assist in planning events, meetings, and other engagements.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and office documentation.
  • Perform other administrative tasks or special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum age of 21 years and who are currently unmarried.
