REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum D3/D4/S1 in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Admin, Sales Support, or Customer Relations
- Familiar with the gaming industry, digital products, and e-commerce trends
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in data management (Excel/Sheets)
- Experience with Google Workspace, CRM systems, or website CMS tools is an advantage
- Comfortable working with numbers, deadlines and regular reporting schedules (weekly/monhtly)
RESPONSIBILITY
- Regularly update pricing data and sales forecasts
- Act as the B2B liaison to coordinate with clients prior to the final deal closing by the Director
- Manage and update product information, catalog and showcase listings on the company website or internal platforms
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, client databases and administrative documents related to the sales process
- Coordinate with the marketing, supply and finance teams to ensure smooth sales operations and accuracy
- Assist in promotional activities and update product information related to games, digital vouchers, or virtual goods
