Job Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and HRGA Dept., including agenda management, meeting arrangements, travel planning, and document preparation.
- Draft, translate, and proofread Chinese/Indonesian correspondence, reports, and other business documents.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring smooth communication between departments and with business partners.
- Assist in preparing presentations, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain sensitive company information and ensure proper filing and record keeping.
- Assist the General Manager with daily operations, project coordination, and other tasks as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with cross-cultural awareness.
