Job Descriptions
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities with insurance companies, corporates, universities, shopping malls, and other relevant institutions.
- Lead the end-to-end partnership development process from sourcing to execution, including initial outreach, pitch development, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Build mutually beneficial partnership models that support customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.
- Work cross-functionally to integrate partnership strategies into broader company goals and operational plans.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously
