Role Description

This role will be responsible for daily lead generation activities, communicating the company's value proposition to potential clients, and engage with potential partners to execute partnership and gain mutual benefit from financing schemes, while also nurturing existing account portfolios. The position will require frequent collaboration with cross-functional internal and external teams to reach business objectives.

Essential Duties

  • Performs initial discovery and pipeline generations for potential partners and clients in the context of financing such as Working capital Loans, Ecosystem Financing, Distributor Financing, Supply Chain Financing, LaaS (Lending as a Service), etc.
  • Leads regular partners meetings, developing the agenda, providing updated progress reports, and maintaining notes and follow-up priorities and task for managing negotiation and partnership process.
  • Obtains initial and ongoing due diligence documents and information for Credit risk assessment
  • Designs and present tailor made financing & partnership schemes for diverse Business entities, varying from public corporation, SMEs, startups, etc.
  • Monitors and grows existing account portfolios. Increasing business volumes with positively growing business partners while also raising early warning signals and exit strategies for poor performance account portfolios
  • Other tasks assigned by C-lvl for special projects and account handling

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers/partners, management, internal stakeholders.
  • Basic or intermediate experience in financing is preferred.
  • Knowledge of startups, financial industry, and regulatory requirements is a plus
  • Creativity, problem solving, logical reasoning skills.
  • Collaboration, teamwork, and strong willingness to grow and learn within the company's culture
  • Comfortability to work in fast paced environment
  • 2+ years experience in Banking, Financial Institutions, or Business Development & Partnership related job is desirable.
