What you'll be doing
  • Proactively manage and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

What we're looking for
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role
  • Bachelor's degree in a science or technical background

  • Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation skills to effectively address client needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
