Job Summary
Purchasing Admin Intern
will support the Purchasing team in administrative and operational purchasing activities, gaining hands-on experience in the procurement process, supplier management, and purchasing documentation. This position will be based in Surabaya.
Job Descriptions
- Assist the Purchasing team with administrative and operational purchasing tasks.
- Support supplier documentation (offers, selection, evaluation, and compliance documents).
- Help prepare and organize purchase requests, records, and filing systems.
- Assist in checking completeness of payment and billing documents to reduce errors and delays.
- Support import material receiving activities (basic documentation and container administration).
- Assist in collecting and updating supplier data for non-trade purchases.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Management, Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

12-month program and be placed in Surabaya.
