Job Summary

Purchasing Admin Intern
will support the Purchasing team in administrative and operational purchasing activities, gaining hands-on experience in the procurement process, supplier management, and purchasing documentation. This position will be based in Surabaya.

Job Descriptions

  • Assist the Purchasing team with administrative and operational purchasing tasks.
  • Support supplier documentation (offers, selection, evaluation, and compliance documents).
  • Help prepare and organize purchase requests, records, and filing systems.
  • Assist in checking completeness of payment and billing documents to reduce errors and delays.
  • Support import material receiving activities (basic documentation and container administration).
  • Assist in collecting and updating supplier data for non-trade purchases.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Management, Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Willing to join a
    12-month program and be placed in Surabaya.
