Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all active orders, including production scheduling
Ensure accurate use of the inventory management system (BOM/material consumption)
Lead and supervise the production team, ensuring adequate manpower to meet targets
Coach, develop, and resolve issues within the team
Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to drive continuous improvement
Provide regular output reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Ensure compliance with HSE and maintain an audit-ready production area
Perform other duties as assigned
