Qualifications & experience

Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Previous experience in warehouse management or supervision
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Proses Inbound Outbound Warehouse, SAP & Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
Available to work in Shift (including weekend)

Tasks & responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overstocks
Implement and maintain warehouse organization and safety standards
Coordinate with transportation providers for timely and cost-effective shipments
Prepare and analyze warehouse performance reports
Resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues
Utilize Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to optimize processes
