Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Sales located in Cirebon. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, managing the sales team, and ensuring that the hotel meets its revenue goals. The role also includes creating and maintaining relationships with key clients, analyzing market trends, and developing promotional activities. The Director of Sales will collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and increase customer satisfaction.

- Sales and business development skills, including setting strategies and targets
- Team management and leadership skills
- Relationship-building and client relationship management skills
- Market analysis and promotional activities planning
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
