We are looking for a
Creative Strategic and Planner
to help bring our event to life If you're passionate about digital amplification and love working on exciting projects, we want to hear from you.

What you will do:

  • Develop big ideas and campaign frameworks rooted in insight and client business goals.
  • Craft main copy and core narratives for creative decks and presentations.
  • Build 360 communication strategies across digital, social, ATL/BTL, and event activations.
  • Concept and develop event & activation ideas (from pre-event buzz to on-ground experience and post-event amplification).
  • Define tone of voice, key messages, and storytelling flow that connect online and offline seamlessly.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, event, and media teams to ensure every touchpoint aligns under one strong idea.
  • Understand ads objectives, audience insights, and consumer experience to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage campaign timelines and milestones to keep all deliverables in sync.

What we are looking for:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in strategy, brand, or creative-related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
  • Based in Jakarta, WFO.
  • Strong analytical mindset with creative execution understanding.
  • Comfortable collaborating with creative and event teams in a fast-paced environment.
