Responsibilities
- Analyze, evaluate, and improve sales target achievements across all stores.
- Create and monitor daily sales targets.
- Understand current and future market conditions to provide accurate suggestions to customers for successful closing (including understanding of product benefits, competitors, etc.).
- Develop tactical program planning within the assigned area.
- Create sales forecasts based on dealers, products, and sales consultants, and break down targets for each sales consultant.
- Analyze weeks of inventory or days of stock per store.
- Conduct outlet mapping to gain a comprehensive overview of the overall potential within the area.
- Analyze area potential to provide suggestions to the Area Head regarding demand planning in the area.
Qualifications
- Education Min S1 any major,
- Work Experience Min 5 - 7 years in Retail Industry
- Language : Bahasa, English
