Key Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance (PM):
Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks, including lubricating or adding oil to machinery, checking and replacing hoses, and ensuring all cylinders and sensors are working correctly. - Repair & Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on automated equipment. This includes identifying and replacing broken nozzles and other worn parts. - Machine Calibration & Setup:
Conduct precise calibrations for critical components, such as adjusting head and body thickness, and calibrating CCD sensors for accurate length and width measurements. - Parameter & Model Changes:
Change and adjust machine parameters for each battery model, including updating settings for new battery pack sizes to ensure a seamless transition between products.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate or associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a maintenance or technical role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience with automated machinery is a strong advantage.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical components.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems.
