Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that production process and finished products meet standards set by regulatory requirements, industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action.
  • Resolve Quality Issues and responding to all customer quality complaints.
  • Ensure and maintain Implementation of Food Safety standard compliance to control Food Safety & Product Quality.
  • Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Food Science/Technology.
  • Knowledgeable about Food Safety standards that are customary within the food industry and mandated by government regulations.
  • Knowledge and experience in Food Safety Management System Implementation.
  • Knowledge in Halal Management System.
  • Excellent Analytical and logical thinking with problem solving skills and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Good Leadership, planning & organization skills; good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Food Industry.
