Qualification :

Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Material Warehouse Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including storage systems, FIFO/FEFO principles, inventory control, and stock accuracy management.
Proficient in using ERP/WMS systems for warehouse transactions, reporting, and data analysis.
Experienced in managing Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) operations, including customs compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements.
Knowledge of warehouse safety standards, 5S implementation, and lean warehouse practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills with the ability to supervise and motivate warehouse staff.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.
