Key Responsibilities:· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various applications used by the company.
· Analyze, diagnose, and resolve application-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
· Assist users with application usage, providing guidance and brief training if necessary.
· Document all problems and solutions provided for knowledge base purposes.
· Coordinate with the development team or external application vendors for more complex issues.
· Perform routine maintenance and updates to applications to ensure optimal performance.
· Assist in testing new applications or updated features.
Qualifications:· Minimum D3/S1 degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum 1-2 years of work experience as IT Support, Application Support, or in a similar position.
· Understanding of operating system fundamentals (Windows, Linux) and computer networks.
· Familiarity with database concepts (SQL) is a plus.
· Ability to analyze technical problems well and provide effective solutions.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with users of various technical levels.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Highly initiative, proactive, and problem-solving oriented.
· Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
