Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, periodic reports, and supporting documents.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable/receivable, and ensure all payments are processed on time.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and maintenance of accounting data for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial workflows and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards).
  • Knowledge of taxation principles and reporting (PPN, PPh).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.
  • Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
