Responsibilities

  • Social Media Customer Service for Instagram DM, Whatsapp and Tiktok.
  • Promptly respond to customer message and comments on all available social media platforms.
  • Hosting live sessions on Instagram/Tiktok.
  • Creating Instagram/Tiktok contents for events, exhibition and in-store tenant promotions.
  • Handling social media & promotion administration.
  • Create design materials for all promotional & operational activities.
  • Able to build and maintain a good relationship with tenants.
  • Adheres to deadlines and achieves goal planning effectively.
  • Meeting with tenants.
  • Manage all offline and online promotional media (LED, website, apps).
  • Support tenants who need assistance (Tenant Relations).

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Male or Female, max 30 years old.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Awareness of current lifestyle trends.
  • Ability to create Instagram/Tiktok content.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, Lightroom, and Capcut.
  • Proficient to use a mirrorless camera and a gimbal.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets.
  • Organized, able to work in a team and independently.
  • Observant, patient, polite and detail oriented.
  • Have a good taste and skills in graphic design and video.
