JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for Chili Category, working with cross functions for product launch & relaunch management. Starting from generating consumer insight, concept curation, calculate business opportunity, launch / relaunch project management, communication brief, etc. all the way to monitors implementation in the market to ensure business impact.
- Lead coordination with cross functional team and external agencies for marketing activities implementations (ATL, BTL, in-store) and ensuring all are timely implemented.
- Monitors all marketing spending within the categories
REQUIREMENTS
- Education Background: Minimal bachelor's degree from any major
- Has minimum 2 years of experience in related area
- Good analytical thinking skills, has high willingness to learn, and a growth mindset
- Work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating good interpersonal and communication skills.
