JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for supervising and monitoring training centers and community activities, ensuring that programs are implemented effectively and meeting key performance indicators, reaching the company's mission to create a positive impact on society and not only profits. The Field Coordinator is expected to facilitate communication, address issues, and promote active involvement to empower marginalized women and communities, purposefully navigating them to live a better life.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Center Supervision
- Schedule and carry out visits to various training centers and community sites to monitor ongoing activities and ensure programs are running smoothly.
- Assisting program manager in observing training sessions to ensure the curriculum is being delivered as designed and that trainers are using appropriate methods.
- Track performance metrics and ensure training centers meet or exceed established KPIs. Identify areas needing improvement and work with staff to address them.
Program Evaluation
- Gather quantitative and qualitative data from training centers to assess program effectiveness and attendance.
- Provide constructive feedback to training center staff based on evaluations. Offer practical recommendations for improving program delivery and outcomes.
- Assist in creating surveys, questionnaires, and other evaluation tools to systematically assess training center performance and impact.
Community Engagement
- Serve as a liaison between the company, training centers, and the communities.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by community members or training center staff promptly and effectively, using mediation skills to resolve conflicts.
- Encourage and facilitate community participation in training programs.
- Research, find, and onboard new community partners or beneficiaries based on program plan & implementation
Reporting and Documentation
- Compile detailed reports on the performance of training centers and community engagement activities to highlight successes and bottlenecks.
- Keep precise records of all visits, evaluations, communications, and any interventions or support provided.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Social Welfare, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in community development or a related area.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts and challenges.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluating programs, preferably in a training or educational context.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to mobilize frequently to various training centers and communities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
