We are looking for an HR Staff to join our team contract by outsource. The ideal candidate holds at least a Bachelor's degree (S1) any and has a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role; however, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Candidates must be proficient in computer programs (MS Office), detail oriented, possess strong management and planning skills, and demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality.
In this role, you will support the team in carrying out various HR services related to human resource administration within the company. Your responsibilities will include handling HR administration processes such as data entry, document checks, and filing; conducting compensation and benefits system checks in line with company policies; and managing employee databases, payroll, and other benefits payments. You will also be expected to prepare reports according to HR and departmental needs and participate in HR projects as required.
