Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Producer to join our dynamic team in West Jakarta. The Producer will oversee the production process for various projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Responsibilities include coordinating between departments, managing budgets and schedules, monitoring project progress, and addressing potential challenges promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder coordination.
- Creative vision and an understanding of media production, including digital content and procurement of resources.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in production tools and software; understanding of relevant production processes and methodologies.
- Prior experience in media, content creation, or a related industry is a plus.
- A demonstrable ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
