Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in North Cikarang. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive workplace culture. This role also involves managing employee relations, implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and collaborating with leadership on workforce planning and development. The HR Manager will monitor performance management systems and lead key organizational initiatives to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Recruitment, Interviewing, and Onboarding processes
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, Team Building, and Conflict Resolution
- Experience with Performance Management, HR Policy Implementation, and Training & Development
- Knowledge of Labor Regulations, Compliance, and Employment Laws
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus
- Previous experience in the automotive or related industry is advantageous
