We are looking for a
Strategic Sales & Marketing Professional
who is passionate about building strong client relationships, driving growth, and delivering results. This role combines consultative client management with hands-on sales and marketing execution to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and business expansion.
Responsibilities:

  • Escalate and resolve any concerns that directly impact clients or affect renewal and growth opportunities.
  • Gain a deep understanding of assigned accounts, providing consultative insights and value-added industry/financial knowledge to become a trusted adviser.
  • Conduct lead generation activities, including cold calling, prospecting, promoting, and negotiating on behalf of the company.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop innovative solutions and ensure successful delivery of client expectations.

Requirement

  • Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in strategic marketing and sales, with a strong track record of boosting sales through effective strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing marketing plans that drive engagement, revenue growth, and market share.
  • Strong knowledge of industry dynamics, market trends, and competitor strategies, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
  • Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams, with skills in mentoring and developing team members.
  • Proficiency with sales and marketing technologies such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
