Creative Design Role
We are seeking a talented Creative Designer to conceptualize and produce high‑quality visual materials across multiple platforms.
- Ensure all designs align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Adapt and optimize visual content for different digital formats and screen sizes.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines (logos, typography, color palettes, imagery style).
- Collaborate with marketing, art direction, and content teams to translate creative briefs into impactful designs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for campaign concepts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
- Prepare final artwork for both print and digital distribution, ensuring technical accuracy and proper file formatting.
- Stay updated with design trends, new technologies, and creative best practices, contributing fresh ideas for visual storytelling.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Ability to create visual content optimized for social media and digital marketing.
Role located on‑site in West Java, Indonesia.
- Creating visual content, designing marketing materials, assisting in social media content creation.
- Brainstorming innovative ideas and collaborating with the design team.
Qualifications
- Graphic Design, Illustration, and Typography skills.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong creativity and visual storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Full‑time internship located in Bandung.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualise and develop compelling visual designs for a variety of projects.
- Utilise graphic design software to create visually appealing and on‑brand designs.
- Provide design support for various marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest design trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign); familiarity with 3D design is a plus.
- Strong eye for design, understanding typography, colour theory, and composition.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take direction well.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines.
- Passion for creating visually stunning and impactful designs.
