Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of proven work experience as a Key Account Relation (preferably from IT/Logistic/related industry).
- Experience in sales, client relationship management, and strategic account growth.
- Excellent communication, strong leadership, negotiation, presentation and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, honest, disciplines, good attitude and personality.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Having and active driving license.
- Will be placed in Pos Pengumben, West Jakarta.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage day to day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects.
- Manage client input and feedback for all project with detailed direction and timelines.
- Establish and build strong working relationships with strategic clients.
- Expanding existing customer needs by proposing solutions other than basic solutions.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Strategically review sales contract and annual agreement of existing customer and close deals.
- Maintain and grow sales by identifying new upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monthly newsletter (upgrade product information, etc).
- Enhance customer with product knowledge about the update of product thru workshops.
