As a Channel Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and expanding sales channels to increase market penetration and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute channel development strategies across offline stores: modern trade, general trade, and distributors.
- Develop and implement Route to Market (RTM) strategies tailored to target markets and product characteristics.
- Plan and oversee the implementation of Trade Marketing programs across channels to boost product visibility and sell-out performance.
- Analyze potential new channels and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive performance in existing channels through targeted promotions, bundling, pricing, and campaigns.
- Monitor skincare industry trends and consumer behavior to refine RTM, trade marketing, and channel strategies.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Min. 1 years of experience in channel development, trade marketing, or other relevant roles (preferably within FMCG/beauty/skincare industry).
- Strong knowledge of Route to Market (RTM) strategies, including distribution planning, coverage expansion, channel mapping, and execution.
- Solid understanding of Trade Marketing, including promotion planning, product display, merchandising, and program effectiveness evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of modern retail and skincare/cosmetics distribution landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
