Job Description:
Make sure studio cleanliness. Make sure the studio is in proper condition, this means the floor, mirror, tools, furniture, locker are clean before every class started, for any issue related to hygiene and cleanliness.
Handle member complaints
Manage Member Database and Instructor Database with 100% accurate, complete and easy to find.
Manage and record properly stock items, merchandise, welcome packages.
Keeping tools and equipment in the proper place and easy to find.
Daily coordinated with the Account and Finance Department for daily reports in the Studio
Support Studio Manager to selling membership packages
Perform Daily report, weekly report and monthly report
Requirements:
Minimum education D3 from all majors
Open to final semester students who are ready to work full time
Min experience as Customer Service / Client Relation / Sales Person at least 1 year
Fluent in English
Have responsibility, initiative, and empathy
Have good communication, familiar with Ms Office / Google Docs/ Google Sheet
