Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an IT roadmap in alignment with the company's business plan.
Design and maintain the network architecture diagram for the company's head office and branch offices, including at mining and logistics sites.
Identify technology needs to support operational growth, including the integration of mining and logistics systems (fleet management system, dispatch system).
Prepare and manage IT budgets (Capex and Opex).
Manage servers, storage, networks (LAN/WAN/VPN), and hardware devices (desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, audio-visual equipment, etc.).
Ensure the availability of IT systems at mining and logistics sites to support operations.
Identify, deploy, and manage software licensing for the operational requirements across all company functions.
Oversee the identification, coordination, tender initiation and evaluation, as well as the management and supervision of IT vendors and contractors (hardware, software, and internet providers).
Ensure the ERP, HRIS, and other digital systems run smoothly.
Support the implementation of digital transformation in mining and logistics operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, or related field from a reputable university.
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in IT field, with 3-5 years of experience in managerial role, preferably in mining/energy/manufacturing sectors.
Experience in managing the ERP, HRIS, fleet management systems.
Strong knowledge about IT infrastructure (server, cloud, networks, and data security).
Proven experience in handling IT project.
Have a good leadership, communication, and problem solving skill.
Willing to travel to our site project (Kalimantan Area).
