RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support communication and coordination between employees, management, and union representatives (if any).

Assist in the implementation and update of SOPs related to Employee Relations activities.

Support in handling employee issues, conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive and harmonious work environment.

Assist in preparing documents and data related to disciplinary actions, warning letters (SP), termination (PHK), or other industrial relations processes.

Coordinate with external parties (such as the Manpower Office/Disnaker) under supervisor's guidance when required.

Provide administrative and reporting support for Employee Relations programs and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experienced in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, or other relevant HR functions.

Basic understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and industrial relations practices.

Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Willing to work mobile when necessary.

Willing to be placed in Grobogan, Central Java.
