Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Admin Staff to join our growing team in the automotive industry. The role will support the Sales Department by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and Mandarin language skills will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, manage, and organize sales documents, reports, and contracts.
  • Support the sales team with data entry, order processing, and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate with related departments (logistics, finance, HR, GA) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and databases.
  • Assist in communication with overseas partners when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is preferable.
  • Interest in the automotive industry and willingness to learn.
