Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.

Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures.

Handle personnel administration including attendance, employment contracts, and employee data.

Design and execute training & development programs to improve team competency.

Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.

Contribute to building a positive and productive company culture.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field.

Minimum 2 Years Of Experience In HRD/HR Generalist Role.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
