Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the IT/software solutions sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to drive long-term partnerships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product pitches to showcase solutions effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve individual monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with technical solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to support business growth.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT Sales or Business Development, preferably in software solutions company.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding monthly revenue targets.
- Experience in B2B sales, pitching, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conversational proficiency in English (written & spoken).
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
