About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Bumi Pancasona Sports Club - Racquet Club (PT Satya Parahyangan Resort) in Bandung, West Java. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our on-site restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for our guests.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding service and culinary experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize restaurant profitability, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
- Monitor daily operations, resolve customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the executive chef to create and refine the restaurant's menu offerings
- Oversee the training and development of restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Liaise with other departments within the resort to ensure seamless integration of the restaurant's operations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar restaurant management role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, pricing, and food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
