About the role
PT Wastec International is seeking an experienced IT Staff to join our rapidly growing team in Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya. As an IT Staff, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure on a contractual basis. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems and enabling our team to work efficiently.
What you'll be doing
- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Maintain and monitor the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, and networking equipment
- Assist with the implementation and configuration of new IT systems and applications
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of IT systems and applications
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of IT-related activities and incidents
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or IT technician role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in the use of common software applications and operating systems
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with IT security best practices
