Responsibilities
- Culture & Cohesion: According to the development needs of the business department, establish and implement management policies and plans for cultural publicity, talent construction, team construction, etc., to create a harmonious atmosphere of employee relations and improve employee cohesion.
- Employee Management: Handle employee complaints/expressions/disputes and assist in handling daily rewards and punishments for employees.
- Personnel Administration: Manage the employment, resignation, transfer, and job change affairs of employees in the management department.
- Benefits Management: Manage the employees' BPJS insurance payment work of the management department.
- Cultural Activities: Organize and manage the cultural activities of the business department and promote the corporate culture.
Requirements:
- Job Title: Employee Relation Specialist
- Education: Bachelor's Degree.
- Major: Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, specifically Employee Relations.
- Language (English): Advanced proficiency is required.
- Language (Chinese): Not required.
