We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance Quality Control Regulatory to ensure our food products meet the highest quality and safety standards. This role involves implementing quality systems, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and internal protocols.
Responsibility :
- Ensure products meet company and regulatory quality standards through inspections, testing, and monitoring production processes.
- Monitor and evaluate raw material and final product quality - during storage, production, and supply chain
- Running internal project regarding quality improvement
- Running internal quality audit and OEM factory audit
- Implementing document control
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, BPOM, GMP) and manage accurate quality records, and reports.
- Directly involved in Food Registration processes such as BPOM and Halal
- Running and Implementing Factory Certification related to quality such as GMP, HACCP, PMR, ISO 22000, etc
- Investigate quality issues or customer complaints, work with cross-functional team and manufacturing facility to implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare SOP and train staff on quality and safety protocols and support internal and external audits to uphold standards.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control in the food industry.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and certifications (e.g., HACCP, BPOM, GMP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Certifications (Preferred): HACCP Certification
