Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PR, community, and brand communication strategies to strengthen GRU's premium and brand positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, KOLs, and community leaders (lifestyle, fitness, fashion, etc) to amplify brand visibility.
- Able to lead, oversee, and reach out to press releases, campaigns, community activations, interviews, and storytelling initiatives.
- Drive influencer/KOL collaborations, sponsorship opportunities, and community partnerships that create measurable impact.
- Craft compelling creative concepts and brand narratives for campaigns, launches, photoshoots, and events.
- Support and work together with the marketing team, with clear communication, ideas, and actionable direction.
- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and brand perception to identify opportunities and risks.
- Plan and execute upcoming brand activations such as product launches, mini-photoshoots, collaborations, and sponsorship campaigns.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in PR, creative marketing communications, or brand strategy.
- Strong industry connections and proven track record in building valuable partnerships (media, influencers, communities).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Likable personality with strong networking abilities and a collaborative spirit.
- Experience in community outreach, sponsorship, and influencer/KOL management.
- Solid understanding of PR tools, digital communication, and lifestyle/fashion industry trends.
- Ability to ideate and manage cross-functional campaigns with marketing, design, and social media teams.
- English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Willing to work on-site in Bandung (Rancaekek).
