QUALIFICATIONS:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Law.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Relations (IR), preferably within the logistics, expedition, or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and mediation skills.
- Possess valid SIM A and SIM C (driving licenses).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to travel for business trips or field assignments.
- Assertive, objective, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and implement coaching and development programs for employees and drivers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with relevant external institutions such as the Manpower Office, Police Department, and other authorities.
- Conduct investigations and mitigation related to incidents such as theft, accidents, or disciplinary violations.
- Design and execute employee and driver engagement programs, including reward and punishment systems.
- Develop communication and education programs for employees and drivers.
- Prepare regular reports on industrial relations activities.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees/drivers to address labor-related matters.
- Conduct internal audits related to industrial relations practices and compliance.
