Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling content that supports brand and marketing objectives across digital and print platforms. This includes the development of social media assets, promotional materials, packaging, and advertising designs. The role requires a strong eye for design consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to translate marketing goals into effective visual communication. Experience with animation and motion graphics is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative design work across a wide range of marketing materials for both digital and offline platforms, including social media graphics, brochures, posters, product packaging, digital ads, and more.
  • Ensure that all visual outputs align with the company's brand identity, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
  • Provide design recommendations based on layout structure, typography, brand colors, and campaign messaging to optimize impact and engagement.
  • Stay informed on current design trends, social media aesthetics, and creative technologies, particularly those relevant to the Indonesian market.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience as a Graphic or Multimedia Designer, supported by a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with animation and motion graphics software is a plus.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, color, and layout.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa and English.
  • Willing to work from the office and follow shift hours.
