Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate, compliant finance records (PSAK & Tax)
- Oversee GL, AP/AR, inventory, and fixed assets
- Manage tax reporting (VAT, Income Tax, local taxes)
- Lead budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to grow revenue and control costs
- Build and lead the finance & accounting team; strengthen internal controls/SOPs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in accounting/finance; Brevet (A&B/C) preferred
- 5+ years in finance/accounting/tax with 2+ years in a managerial role
- Strong ERP proficiency (required)
- POS ESB familiarity is a strong plus
- Experience in F&B/retail/hospitality preferred
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
