Job Description
- Define Vision and Strategy: Distill the vision and strategy for your product area, aligning teams across engineering, design, and business functions.
- End-to-End Product Leadership: Own the product lifecycle from ideation and requirement definition to go-to-market strategy, quality assurance, and launch.
- Understand User Needs: Dive deep into user research and data analytics to create products that exceed expectations and foster meaningful connections.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with design, engineering, operations, marketing, data science, and internal stakeholders to deliver products that power seamless and delightful customer experiences.
- Strategic Improvements: See the big picture, identify inefficiencies, and drive meaningful improvements across our product vertical.
- Roadmap Management: Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy and stakeholder expectations.
- Measure Success: Monitor key performance metrics and feedback loops to continually enhance user satisfaction and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in product management.
- Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to define and execute product strategies aligned with business goals.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to inform and evaluate engineering decisions, ready to get your hands dirty and define APIs as well as access channels and frameworks
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and leverage it for decision-making and strategy.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
