Responsibilities :
- Directly responsible for all aspects of accounts handling/servicing via relationship management with obstetricians & gynecologists (OBGYNs), pediatricians and/or other medical audiences
- Directly responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospital administrators from assigned territories
- Coordinate and manage maternity / hospital-related events
- Directly responsible for all enquiries of all product & services and pre to post sales activities
- Assist in customer support and handle support line and mainline enquiries rostered out
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Sales or Key Account Management or Customer Service (preferable from health or insurance industry)
- Must be familiar with healthcare industry
- Able to work independently and without close supervision
- Able to work with all levels of authority
- Highly driven, result oriented, possesses high level of initiative and ethics in selling process
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sociable, confident, empathetic and well-groomed
- Proficient in English, both speaking (Minimum. passive) and writing
- Preferably have a valid driving license and possess own vehicle
