Job Responsibilities

  • Coordination: Acting as the focal point for internal and external communications.
  • Communication Materials: Design and develop materials for effective communication, for fundraising and advocacy purposes.
  • Fundraising: Work closely with the team to design, coordinate, launch fundraising campaigns.
  • Business Development & Donor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors, assist in preparations of presentations and grant proposals, research for fundraising opportunities.
  • Other communications & fundraising-related activities, as assigned.

What are the Requirements?

  • A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in communications, fundraising/sales, and/or marketing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications, Public Relations, International Relations, or related field major is preferred.
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
  • Excellent writing skills (i.e. for proposals & reports, articles).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; passion in meeting people, establishing and maintaining connections.
  • Event management skills (online and offline).
  • Attention to details, have initiative, with willingness to learn and passion for getting jobs done to the highest standard.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, work independently with minimal supervision.
