Role Description:
The Project Lead will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful implementation of the project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, donor requirements, and local government (DHO) guidelines. This role involves managing project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, while also supervising project staff and coordinating with stakeholders at community, district, and provincial levels
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Epidemiology, Medical Sciences, or a related discipline.
- 5 years experiences in managing projects from proposal development to evaluation and reporting processes, particularly in the health sector
- Proven experience in planning, implementing, and managing data collection and analysis processes.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to establish project timelines, ensure timely execution, and coordinate research study protocols and operational procedures.
- Familiarity with research protocols and data collection techniques is essential.
- Possess proficient report writing skills, along with strong abilities in computer operations, database management, and effective communication.
- Proficient and actively in basic scripting using various tools, including SAS, SPSS, R, Python, or other platforms.
- Professional level English is a must.
