Responsibilities:
- Handle & Record Finance transaction in well-ordered and accurate manner
- Handle, Record, and Manage Adminstration related Finance in well-ordered and accurate manner
- Prepare Delivery Order
- Sent items to customer
- Receive and check receipt of Items
- Assist with all assigned admin tasks to assist with operational issues
- Age Maximum 26 Years
- Minimum SMA
- Keep the office clean
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
- Accurate, attentive to details, and well planned.
- Motivated, Independent, have Willingness to succeed, and personal Integrity Value
Requirements and skills :
- Proven work experience as a Admin Officer or similar role
- Solid knowledge of Admin procedures
- Experience using financial software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Sharp time management skills
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
