About the role
We are seeking a talented Mandarin Interpreter to join our team at Indoplas Energy' in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. As a Mandarin Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless communication and cultural exchange between our organisation and our Mandarin-speaking clients and partners. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your language skills and intercultural expertise to support the strategic objectives of our business.
What you'll be doing
- Providing high-quality interpretation services during meetings, conferences, and other business events
- Translating written materials such as documents, reports, and correspondence between Mandarin and Indonesian
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations, speeches, and other communication materials for Mandarin-speaking audiences
- Serving as a cultural bridge, ensuring effective communication and understanding between our organisation and our Mandarin-speaking partner
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
- Collaborating with colleagues to support the overall success of the organisation
- Prepare slide presentation
What we're looking for
- Fluency in both Mandarin and Indonesian, with excellent communication and interpretation skills
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within the administrative or office support sector
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- A detail-oriented and professional approach to your work
- A willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the organisation
