JOB DESC / ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Connect Power BI/Tableau to Snowflake datasets and design business-friendly dashboards.
- Define and implement KPIs and metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability for future needs.
- Conduct data validation and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Train and support business teams on how to use dashboards effectively.
- Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in
Power BI and/or Tableau
, with strong dashboard-building experience. - Strong SQL skills for querying data warehouse (Snowflake/Redshift/others) and preparing datasets.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Understanding of data visualization best practices and storytelling with data.
- Analytical mindset, with attention to accuracy and usability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and work with minimal supervision.
- Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of ETL processes and collaboration with data engineers.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Hybris, Insider, or similar marketing/e-commerce tools.
- Strong communication skills to act as a proxy analyst with business users.
